New patients who choose you, on WhatsApp
A patient near you picks you from Mawid's list; we send you their request and you decide. No app, no subscription, and no cost to you.
From request to appointment
- 1
You're in Mawid's directory
Ask to join from this page, or your name was added from public sources. Patients see your name and place only, never your number.
- 2
A patient chooses you
You get their first name, age, what's wrong in their words, the area and when they need it — not their number.

Reply with a number
1 if you can see them in the time they need, 2 if not. If you don't answer we remind you a few times, then the patient picks someone else.
- 4
You get the patient's number
Only once you accept, and you agree the hour between you. The patient gets your name and address.

What to expect
What we commit to
- We message you only when a patient chose you
- Every message from us carries “إيقاف” — write it and we stop
- The patient's number only after you accept
- We take nothing from you for the patients we send
After your third patient
- We offer you Mawid for your clinic, once
- Subscribers appear first in the list and are booked straight onto their calendar
- If you decline, you appear lower in the list, or not at all
A message from your number, and we call you
Fill in what you like and WhatsApp opens with a message to Mawid ready to send. Send it from your own number, so we know it is yours. The message is in Arabic, because Mawid reads Arabic.
Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
The Mawid app does more than this
The clinic calendar, WhatsApp reminders for patients, and a dashboard for the owner. Patients who arrive through Mawid are booked straight onto it.
